| July 28,2006 HMA Show Survey Indicates Chicago is Good Location for Expo |
| Directors of the Hobby Manufacturers Association conducted a mini telephone survey during the late spring to over 30 key exhibitors of the iHobby Expo. Each of the directors made personal calls to selected exhibitor contacts representing all sizes of exhibitor booths. The questions included ones about various show sites, dates, and space requirements. |

| August 10, 2006 HMA PUBLISHES NEW CONSUMER BROCHURE…WHAT’S YOUR HOBBY? |
| The Hobby Manufacturers Association Marketing and Promotion Committee has recently created and published a brochure designed to attract new consumers to model hobbies. Entitled What’s Your Hobby?, this full color brochure depicts various family members enjoying radio control, model railroad, and plastic model hobbies. The brochure explains the Association’s new marketing campaign, “Hobbies…for the fun of it” and launches its consumer website, www.myhobbyfun.com. This website will include tips, techniques, and a retail store directory where to buy model hobbies. |

| October 26, 2006 22nd Annual iHobby Expo an Outstanding Success! |
| The 22nd Annual iHobby Expo, held October 19-22, 2006 in the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Rosemont, IL, was deemed an outstanding success by exhibitors, trade attendees, and Chicago area consumers. According to show committee member and exhibitor Mike Bass of Stevens International, "The show was unbelievable. We saw retailers and prospective customers from all across the country, and secured many new accounts and dozens of sales leads. |

| Rave reviews for the 2006 iHobby Expo™ at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont IL, October 19-22, 2006, included kudos for a diverse and well attended program of education and events. The show featured 284 hobby industry suppliers under one roof including 127 new companies featuring products in the model railroad, plastics and diecast, radio control, model and general hobby categories. iHobby Expo™ is considered a leading source of professional education for industry members. | October 30, 2006 HMA BOARD ELECTS 2007 OFFICERS New Directors Take Over |
| The Hobby Manufacturers Association Board of Directors elected 2007 officers during its Board Meeting at the iHobby Expo, October 22, 2006. Re-elected to serve as President of the Association is Bob Staat of Horizon Hobby/McHenry Couplers (Kentucky). Bob is serving his second term as President since formation of the HMA in 2005. He represents the Model Railroad Industry Division on the board. |

| November 30, 2006 POST-SHOW EXHIBITOR SURVEY UNDERSCORES SUCCESS OF 2006 EXPO |
| 56.4% of exhibitors responding to a post-show survey said they had successfully met their objectives at this year’s iHobby Expo™. The majority of respondents said they had written orders during the show and 45% stated that the quality of trade buyers coming to the show was extremely high. |
